Work of Leaders Learning Program

In addition to the one-on-one coaching, we also offer professional development through our facilitated peer-to-peer learning program for any leader at any stage of their leadership journey. The program is facilitated by an ICF Certified Executive Coach and delivered as a peer-to-peer learning journey to build a foundation of taking a coach-approach to management and leadership knowledge.

This agile and dynamic program is modular designed and intended to inspire collaboration for developing strong management and leadership skills for any current, new or aspiring manager or senior leader working in a big or small, for-profit or not-for-profit organization.

What to expect:

  • 12 month ICF Certified Coach-led modular-based training program
  • Up to a total of 9 full day virtual meetings via zoom
  • Group Coaching sessions with peers, led by ICF accredited coach
  • Additional Coaching Café’s to network with peers
  • Qualitative 360 feedback assessment and report, led by ICF accredited coach
  • An individualized sustainable plan to integrate the learning

The Perks

The perk is the coach-approach integration- a desired skill for leadership. A key function for any leader is coaching others through change and practice essential coaching skills, integrated into the management and leadership training knowledge.

  • The programming will cover topics such as: creating safety and trust, accountability, reading people, delegating, creating motivating environments, teamwork, social intelligence, productivity, productive conflict, effective communication, agile approaches to challenging interactions.
