The one-on-one coaching services provided are based on the Excelerator Coaching System from Essential Impact, taught through the Graduate Program for Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University, and is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). All coaching services, leadership assessments, professional development and facilitated workshops are delivered by ICF accredited coaches.

Coaching is the practice of supporting individual self-awareness, observation and self-evaluation to increase accountability and effectiveness of making decisions, solving problems and taking purposeful action. It is designed to meet for one hour every couple of weeks based on either a 6-month, 9-month or 12-month engagement period. - We will wrap up with a launch-forward session to realize and sustain the meaningful change and growth discovered. We will highlight the action plan going forward and explore what’s next.
